Product information

Solvent-free two-component adhesive based on epoxy resin for highest loads. The processing time is up to 90 minutes. Curing time and final strength (up to 3000N/cm2) are temperature dependent. Solid after 12 hours at room temperature. The adhesive bond is impact, aging and moisture resistant. Also available in the user-friendly double-chamber syringe for easy application of the 2 components in the correct mixing ratio.

Materials

Bonds metals, glass, porcelain, ceramics, wood, marble, stone, concrete, thermosetting plastics, glass fiber reinforced plastics, rigid PVC, rubber, rigid foam plastics, e.g. Styrofoam®. Not suitable for bonding on large glass surfaces, PE, PP.

Processing/Instructions for use

Adhesive surfaces must be dry and free of dust and grease. Roughen smooth surfaces. Mix binder and hardener in a ratio of 1:1 (strands of equal length). Apply adhesive on one side, on both sides in the case of rough materials. Join parts to fit without pressing. Working time (pot life): Approx. 90 minutes. Curing time and final strength depend on temperature, solid at room temperature after approx. 12 to 24 hours.
