Product information

Original bookbinding glue - made according to an old home recipe. The glue is used for high quality paper gluing (scrapbooking, lumbar, as photo glue, also for gluing book spines. With it, of course, can be made all the usual gluing work, where paper is glued to paper, cardboard, cork, wood, textiles and polystyrene.

In addition to repair and restoration work for book spines, bookbinding glue is also suitable in diluted consistency (mix max. up to 10% with water) for laminating onto textiles for book covers, for preparing painting substrates on canvases, stretcher frames, as well as for gluing special papers such as tear and fiber paper. It is used to glue dried flowers and grasses in herbariums or to make flowers and plant pictures, which are additionally covered (laminated) with gossamer surface fleece (52 366).

It is also ideal as a glossy glue, for example for varnishing self-painted pictures with wax crayons, chalk or casein paints. It is also used to varnish self-painted objets so that they can be made into just as beautiful adhesive pictures as the classic models (glossy pictures).
