Product information

Liquid acrylic auxiliary for flow technology and casting applications (pouring). Optimizes the flow properties. Can be used pure or mixed in any quantity with acrylic paints (pre-test!). The formation of cracks is reduced. Dries waterproof, and depending on the mixing ratio, glossy to silk matt as well as clear-transparent. Can also be used as a topcoat. Non-yellowing, flexible film with tack-free surface. Please note: Addition of silicone oil may cause cracking of the surface.

Processing instructions:

• Theproduct is adjusted ready for use, can be used pure or mixed with acrylic paints.

• Processing/ and object temperature should not be below 15°C.
• Increased addition of silicone oil may cause craquelure of the surface.

• Close containers immediately after use.
• Store in a cool and dry place.
• Individual pre-tests are recommended.
• Please dispose of residual paint material properly.

Properties when used alone:

• fluid consistency
• good flow
• glossy
• clear-transparent and waterproof drying
• non-yellowing
• block-resistant (tack-free surface)
• can be used as a block-resistant overcoat for acrylic work
• can be applied in several coats after sufficient drying of the respective single coat.
• substrates must be slightly absorbent, clean, load-bearing and free of grease (pre-test recommended)

Properties when added to acrylic paints:

• miscible with Schmincke acrylic paints (PRIMAcryl®, AKADEMIE® Acryl color , College® Acrylic, AERO COLOR® Professional (paints from other manufacturers: please pre-test)
• is added to paints to give them a paint-like consistency and flow
• minimizes possible cracking in flow and pouring applications (pouring).
• can be poured in several layers after sufficient drying of the single layer, to show depth effect
• increases gloss (depending on quantity, type of paint and shade)
• substrates must be slightly absorbent, clean, load-bearing and free of grease (pre-test recommended)
