The workpiece is held securely and precisely by the built-in clamping device with prism for round material, accurate to the millimeter next to the interface. No bending and canting. The unit includes a ceramic-bonded cut-off wheel 50 x 1 mm with 10-mm bore. For cutting steel, non-ferrous metals and for smaller wood and plastic rods. All MICROMOT cut-off saw blades with a diameter of 50 mm (spring steel, carbide) can also be used.
