The classic among the marking tools in the tailoring and sewing accessories is the tailor's chalk from Prym. To prevent fingers from coming into permanent contact with the chalk while working, the chalk plate is supplied in an easy-grip plastic box, the bottom half of which also holds the chalk plate. On the top of the lid is a small V-shaped metal blade, with which the edge of the tailor chalk can be sharpened again and again.
